Customer service is responsive to request for declaring the item as photobook. I am grateful for that The subsequent conversations were not as good. Issue is unclear on invoice leading me to get charged more than what I have paid for the shipping fee. In addition the quality of randomizing the cards included in the lucky draw is bad. Order from the site itself and the cards given will be more randomized than this. I only got 8 members in my order versus ordering directly from site will give you 13. In addition, the albums were not as randomized as well (you'll almost 100% get the same pulls in the same version) Not recommended to buy again.
