Apologies from OKDGG

We are very sorry that you’ve experienced the problem of Android push message obstacle


at 27th, Sep, 2016 in the afternoon.

OKDGG executed improvement activity about service error just after


we found the occurrence of obstacle, and then the system


restored back to normal.

From the obstacle which we didn’t expected,


we gave you inconvenience by sending a bunch of push messages.

Now, OKDGG is doing our utmost to prevent this kind of further obstacles from analyzing database.

We promise we will do our best to not be happened our customer’s inconvenience again.

We are scheduled to issue personal coupon to the customer using Android


who had inconvenience from this situation.

The customer who downloaded OKDGG application in Android,


please register application through OKDGG 1:1 inquiry board or

 

help@okdgg.com to receive personal coupon from OKDGG customer service team.

Once again, we apologize to the customer and will make ourselves being better OKDGG.
