[Holiday Closure Notice] 2023 Chuseok Holiday Notice

Dear OKVIT Customers,


We are writing this notice to inform you that OKVIT / Sellers / Shipping Company temporarily closing business during the National Thanksgiving holiday (Chuseok) in 2023.  
Please refer to the business closure period below.  (Based on Korean Standard Time)


[Customer Service Center]
▣ 2023.09.27 (Wed) to 2023.10.03 (Tue)

Important Note:
- Inquiries submitted on September 27th (Wed) will be answered sequentially after resuming normal business operation on October 4th (Wed).


[Logistics Center]
▣ 2023.09.27 (Wed) Afternoon to 2023.10.03 (Tue)

Important Note:
- Domestic Delivery:  For those orders made during the holiday period(9/25-10/3), the sellers may start to prepare and ship the orders sequentially after they resume the business operation.
- International Delivery:  Those orders arriving in the afternoon of September 27th (Wed) at the OKVIT fulfillment center may not ship on the same day because the shipping company only picks up shipments in the morning.  It will begin delivering once the shipping company resumes the normal business operation.
